However, we also understand that some items may have defects that are not apparent at the time of sale. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a refund or warranty under the following conditions:

Batteries and Things, Inc. reserves the right to refuse a refund or charge a restocking fee, based on the item's appearance or working condition. Receipt, order number, or service sticker is required for refund, exchange, or warranty service.

Unopened and/or unused items can be returned up to 30 days from the date of purchase. Refund is for the item only, and does NOT include shipping or other charges, unless the reason for return is due to our error.

Items other than batteries are guaranteed to be free of defects and in good working condition for at least 90 days from the original purchase date. Warranty covers factory defects and workmanship under normal use. Damage due to impact, infiltration by foreign material/liquid, short circuit, neglect, or abuse voids the warranty.
